1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Our policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Product Specific Conditions:
Health Drinks: Due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any health drink product that has been opened or used. Refunds for health drinks will only be considered if the item is returned unopened, sealed, and in its original, marketable condition.
Toys: Must be unused, unopened (if in sealed packaging), and returned in a resaleable condition.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are exempt from being returned or refunded:
Gift cards.
Perishable goods (if deemed non-resalable due to opening/use).
Downloadable software products.
Items purchased during a final sale or promotional offer (clearly marked as non-returnable).
3. REFUND PROCESS

Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (usually 7-10 business days).
4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
